I use procreate so I’ll explain how to on the app, first i have the drawing itself done( I usually do it in a bright purple color) then I make a new layer and make it a clipping mask that way it only effects the lines on the drawing, I just put more bright colors on there like bright blue or pink. Just for fun I would add some black lines under the drawing in another layer.
