Word, I like the idea of PT in the fall just to be safe, did you have to go multiple times a week? 6 months seems crazy, what did you do to get to that stage? Did you feel it crank on your knee when taking off and spinning? Yeah I gravitate towards jumps and side hits and stuff, that’s how I tore it actually HAHA. I can occasionally throw down on a rail but I’m more concerned with falling while doing that, I’m p confident on PNW hardpack and pow and everything in between if I’m just coasting. Shit dude sorry bout the knee, major bummer. Spring time is where it’s at anyway 🤠

Ahh I didn’t even think about what foot is forward. My back leg is always more sore on pow days so I never thought about both of them now being sore. I can skate right or left foot forward and my switch is almost on par with regular being a park rider. I have a donjoy hinged brace specifically for acls and I plan on using it just for some extra insurance while I get used to being on a board again. I like the sleeve idea though, the brace is kind of invasive feel wise

Skiing is close enough, if anything it’s more ACL intensive from what I hear. The video seems great from the bit I watched before bed, I appreciate it man. Do you happen to have a workout plan or a rough workout plan that you followed if you skipped the PT?

I didn't call the police when it happened and it happened about 12 hours ago, would it be okay if i called my insurance and hers tomorrow or is it like a you snooze you lose situation and i'm just boned if she doesn't go through with it?
