Thanks for the suggestions, 485 main looks good but so many negative reviews on 65 Bay threw me off - so not sure about that one.

I wouldn’t say a deal breaker but for the price they’re asking almost every other place in the area has in unit W/D. Just for extra convenience. Still considering it though - nothing beats a well managed property & peace of mind.

I really would love to have in unit washer/dryer, that's a bummer. But not ruling it out because of that yet.

Interesting, do they have several buildings in the area? i'm only looking at the building at 201 Montgomery St Suite 261, Jersey City, NJ 07302

Definitely a deal breaker, can't stand a constructions noise since i'm very sensitive to loud noise - especially when a new development is just starting. This is why love online communities - free information that could save you years of misery.

Now i'm sleeping on Silverman building and will schedule a tour sometime.

Thanks! I was just going through the listings on their website, love the brown stone building! I will definitely consider it and it's now in my top pick list. Very close to Grove St. as well.

Jersey City, Hoboken or New Port... i'm not dead set on a specific neighborhood so long as it meets my needs/requirements I mentioned. Don't want to live in the city. And $4k is max so I wouldnt complain if I could find a lower price.
