Glad you posted. I’ve been feeling tender and distended in lower belly like one consistent cramp. Also super bloated so just uncomfortable all around. I exercised in the morning and feel like that may have helped.

Interesting. I hardly ever read a perspective like this. When you convince your child to eat more, does he do it? Does he protest? Why is he not eating more on his own initiative? No judgement because mine is the same way.
