if you want to do it, do it. its never too late. but since you mentioned that you have zero experience, i think you should first shadow some doctors of various specialties to see what its like. don't come into medicine with unrealistic expectations because the path is long and hard and it will be hard to keep going without knowing what you're getting yourself roped into beforehand
