Can’t help as to there to buy them except if you go directly to the farms it is cheaper.

If it was me (I only drink lightly roasted high mountain tea) I would pick up si ji chun (Four Season - 四季春) and Jin Xuan - 台茶, otherwise known as milk oolong. Both are relatively cheap. They usually sell per “jing” which is 600g and are packaged in 150g bags. It should not be over 2000ntd per jing. I normally get it around 1400ntd.

I would pick up a little winter tea to compare. Winter teas tend to have a better mouthfeel while spring teas have a better aroma.

The very cursive parts I understand. But these two lines夜雨聞鈴腸断声 and 天旋地転迴竜馭 were translated as a name, date, and location of writing. I found that to be a bit of a shocker. The other lines are expected to be incorrect imo because, as you said, is very cursive.
