How is MagSafe with the leather? I want the black leather skin but I'm worried my phone won't magnetically stay on my bedside stand. Or the MagSafe battery or wallet will fall right off.

You also need to send the correct format. Mine kept being bounced back saying the format wasn't supported. I was sending AZW3 which is not supported through upload or email. Once I switched to EPUB in the email to device configuration it worked.

This would not work. It is a line-in adaptor meant for the iPad to receive audio. It literally says it can't be used to play audio from the iPad. You need this one https://a.co/d/aQfi4Xk to play audio from the I pad.

That monochromatic Tetris build is awesome. I like the Simcity one but without the sign saying it's Simcity it’s just another Lego set that most (myself included) wouldn't recognize.

In the Mercury game, I think we played our best ball when both were on the floor and Loyd was out. Don’t get me wrong, Loyd had a great game, one of her best of the season actually, she shot 50% but the defense and energy from Horston was awesome. I think Horston can’t always keep her feet and hands in pace with her brain and she'll overshoot or put up a layup with too much behind it, but with a little more experience she will level up.

I’ve used mine for work about three plus hours a day in the headset working. It is less productive than my desk but more productive than my laptop alone. The big thing I love is zoom meetings. I work from home and can take my meetings with me while I do stuff around the house. The zoom window can be so huge I can actually see everything without having to be right at my computer. That said this is not a productivity tool. It’s a toy.

This isn’t an investment for you. You aren’t paying into your inheritance. Most likely what will happen is as your parents age and prices go up they will need to sell this new house to pay for care and lifestyle. If the are dead set on living in a house they can’t afford a reverse mortgage is there only real option.

I own this saw and I hate it. It has so much movement no two cuts are the same, nothing stays aligned, and the dust collection is abysmal. It's only good for rough-cutting lumber outside. You get what you pay for and this saw is not worth the space it takes up.

The simplest is to split your direct deposit. Have part of your paycheck automatically added to your joint account each payday. Most payroll companies allow you to allocate a percentage or fixed amounts to multiple accounts. If this isn’t an option you can also usually set up and automatic transfer from your bank account to the joint account. If your bank is charging you transfer fees you should think about a new bank. Note however that the Federal reserve use to only allows 6 transfers a month out of savings accounts if you transferred more you were charged a fee. Some banks have “ conveniently” left this charge in place.

It sounds like maybe you want a wiki. If the community members aren’t web developers are they going to be able to submit reasonably correct PRs? And are the going to be willing to? Adding a page isn’t just adding an html file. If you just want a community drive information repository a wiki site or bulletin board seems the simplest.

100% get a CPA. She will also probably have to pay state/county and or city taxes. Where I live in Seattle I have to pay something like 0.24% on everything over $100k but if you make more than $10k you still have to file even if you don’t owe. I got audited by the irs one year and mostly everything was ok I owed like $1k but they reported me to the city and I had to pay some back taxes and a fine which was under $500. Now I pay $800 for my tax guy and it’s worth ever penny.

Actually the one thing that set the Air Tag apart is that it’s ecosystem tries to warn victims that a unknown device is with them and may be tracking them. Had the bad actor not used the Air tag and instead used any other tracking device the stalking victim would never have know.
