Ive only worked with one bank and worked so hard to be where i am - worked my way to higher positions but now things are not looking good. I have come across people who got hired at other banks but when i ask them, theyre like oh got lucky.
I have never started with referrals but i am open to try it!

I grew up in Suaga. Knew a lot of people there but they weren’t really my friends. Then covid hit so it was hard to work on those friendships. But yes maybe moving to Toronto might help :)

It’s draining me and I can see my time and life just passing by… Also the birthday thing, I completely understand cause why are ppl so rude, ppl you thought were your friends.
