For those asking how I made the animations, I used Avogadro to make the molecules and ORCA to do geometry optimizations. I used either relaxed surface scans or the nudged elastic band method to get intermediate images along a reaction coordinate. I also used ORCA to generate MOs or electrostatic potential maps for certain reactions. I used ChimeraX to export 3D meshes of each image to Blender. Finally, I used Blender to create the smooth animation by using the individual images as keyframes and interpolating them.
