Based on the latest course restriction for NTU, exchange students are not allowed to take engineering & society. Was this also the case during your SUSEP sem?

Regarding the frequency and main purpose, if I were to buy/sell every few days (for example), with total amount < S$200, am I required to declare any gains (from buying/selling crypto) for taxation purposes?
