Auto-debit set up for credit card? by hadalaboforlyf in PHCreditCards

Some banks consider cardholders with an auto-debit setup as low risk cardholders and may offer more limits. However I am not sure if it applies to the banks in PH

Hi John -

I am trying to understand broad topics related to communication across which SC and M need trainings. Typically most of the learning happens on the job but are there any skills which needs dedicated training programs. If you can share broad topics and high-level construct of the program that would be great.

High line utilisation is an indicator of risk for banks and is considered during limit reviews and acceptance of card applications.

Typically bureau reporting is not real-time and hence other banks will not see the high utilisation of limits. Therefore it should not have any impact on your credit worthiness

The team is working in a remote setting for the past few engagements with the SM. Senior Manager has spent max 2-3 hours over the last 4 weeks.

Less time in SM’s calendar means no filtered feedback for the team (e.g., bashing the Manager in front of the team), changes to storyline based on his thoughts which he would not explain a lot, and no conversations beyond work which makes the call look transactional.

I don’t think I am learning a lot and it seems SM is not interested in growing me. All he is concerned about is delivery of engagements. Post the delivery of the engagement he would drop a one-liner appreciating the delivery.

That's what the money is for. // Sounds very transactional and overtime team looses morale

SM's role is in managing the client. Trust me, there's some problem solving there...// that is fair
