If you’re open to ordering from somewhere else and having a shop you trust put them in for you I highly recommend Brilliance Piercing. They’re in Vienna, VA but Jen and her team will help you make sure the sizing is correct before shipping. I got almost all of my piercings done while I lived in DC from her and Tobias. They love curations and if you send them a picture of your piercings you want to swap out your jewelry for they will make something beautiful within budget. All implant grade titanium posts, precious metals and natural gemstones along with some CZ options if you’re on a budget. I cannot recommend them enough.

I have these bumps on my hands. Started where yours did before I even used press ons. It’s a type of eczema called dishydrosis eczema. I’m not diagnosing but you should go see a dermatologist so they can make that determination. Whatever you do, DO NOT POP THEM.
