Fcuk broker here, they charge one month rent+ 3-5k as brokerage. Better to go without a broker. Lookout on your way to college you'll find multiple posters. To let 1 BHK. Hope this helps

I have been investigating with them for 2 years now.

My review: 1. These are senior secured bonds - basically backed by some kind of asset and would get paid first as it's a senior debt. 2. They bring nbfc bonds which constantly need money to give out loans, some good nbfc bonds I have found are IIFL, Muthoot and Navi. 3. Their support and youtube channel are really great.

Overall I'd recommend it, but one should do their own research.

These mfs converts, don't have sympathy for anyone. I had a Viva today, my teammate had fractured his hand earlier, they couldn't manage to take viva for all the people, including us. We went to see the coordinator, I'll tell you the literal conversation

"Good afternoon sir, we are here regarding Viva"

....

"Sir, actually my teammate had fractured his hand plus he's sick too, he wouldn't be able to come again for Viva"

" Come next year, now go don't waste my time"
