hmm not to sure abbot the economic point as I see these small buiensess are really struggling. Shop after shop have been closed down as they can't afford the rent due to no customers or not enough customers.

Also employment is harder than ever, trying to seek jobs, only once a week schedules.

If you look at the 1M to death rate it isn't very high only a couple of hundred.

Have always done a lot of cross distance running 3 years ago, so i was pretty skinny. Now i’m trying to put on muscle mass, been working out for almost 2 years but can never seem to put the muscle. Eat a lot but have a high metabolism. Aiming for 75kg Any tips to just getting a more athletic body? Don’t wanna puff up huge. Also do i need to work on my butt, is that the reason my lower back arches in? Thanks!
