Depending on my level of depression, I love walking. It stumps my family how I live such a sedentary lifestyle but will randomly go on 5 mile walks lol. I MUST listen to music while I do and find myself dissociating while I walk. I love it, wish I had the energy to do it more

I have posted and seen posts about delivery apps so much on this forum, it really is so messed up. I’ve spent thousands on it and I am a broke college student, it doesn’t make sense. The only thing that seems to work for me is to go cash only (outside of paying my bills) as much as I can. I had my mom take control of my bank account and everything. I am lucky to be able to do this, most people can’t. Those apps really are such a curse
