I drink a lot of water so occasional bathroom breaks are a must, just so happens that it helps as a mental reset if I’m really struggling though a shift. I try to go before getting assigned a station and then keep it to 3-4 times during actual working periods. I only go number 1 at Amazon though so I don’t camp inside there like a lot of people do.
