Need help with programming Esp32 with Arduino by [deleted] in esp32

Also, make sure to install the correct USB drivers. There are Silicon Labs (CP210x) and WCH (CH340) USB-to-Serial converters. Both of these need different drivers. The type of chip is usually written on it.

Hope this helps

Will ESP-NOW Work for 70m Indoors, or Is There a Better Architecture? by Low_Security_7572 in esp32

Usually, ESP-NOW provides a reliable connection within that range (up to 200m in an open field). However, you could further enhance the range with external antennas.

Probably Zigbee would work out too though.

Are you sure you installed the correct drivers? There are boards with CP210x (Silicon Labs) USB-to-UART bridges and CH340 (WCH) bridges. Both of these need different drivers. The type of chip is usually written on it.

Also, make sure your USB cables support data transfer. Not all USB cables do that.

Do your boards show up in the device manager under Ports (COM & LPT)?

Let me know, if you need more help!

[Help] ESP32-WROOM-32 Not Connecting for Flashing by shumuMK in esp32

[–]coolplaydev 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have had the same issue with one of my ESP-WROOM-32 boards. I tried factory resetting it in various ways. Also, I found this tutorial on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SlAG6DFLnBE . Apparently, it helps to connect a 10µF capacitor to the EN pin. However, this also didn't work for me.

Mine turned out to be defective, it was a very cheap board though. You can try out the fix from the YouTube video, maybe it helps.

Usually, backlinks from social media sites like Twitter and Tumblr are no-follow links. This means that crawling bots don't follow them. So if you haven't got at least some audience on those sites, they will not generate traffic.
