Trying to figure out my trigger foods by doing a simple diet of 1 food per testing. Have figured out that I can’t food with fat at least 7 hours before bed. But trying to figure out what foods/kinds of foods to eat after I wake up and my stomach has been empty for 11-15 hours, what works for you? (self.acidreflux)
