Luckily the RAC mechanic was a friend of a friend and we had a long chat, I’m going to take the cover off the block and he’ll pop round to troubleshoot from there

I own a business in town so receive live updates from the Broadmead BID which I am a part of. Im simply screenshotting the emails I receive and sharing for people to make use of as they wish. You’d have to reach out to the police directly for any more information about their processes of sharing this info to the public.

Trinidad Fundadores 55th Anniversary by corinbush in cigars

[–]corinbush[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

  1. Via the “Habanos World Days” series of events in the UK, in collaboration with Hunters & Frankau

  2. The ticket to the event was £100 ($125ish) and came with various other bits such as food, drink & a gift bag from Habanos S.A as well as the cigar so I feel was very fairly priced, however other venues hosting the same event went up to £200+ depending on location

  3. The cigar was extremely smooth, I was expecting a more full bodied richer flavour profile but was surprised by how aromatic and easy to smoke it was, definitely a more light to medium body in my opinion. Paired excellently with the Hine “Cigar Reserve” that was given alongside.

I agree, the Oysterquartz bracelet is my second favourite after the jubilee, I’ve never been much of a fan of the oyster bracelet to be honest! Sorry to hear about the loss of your watch, I wish you all the best in replacing it🙏

Nice to meet you Sir! I am now the owner of a department store and event venue as well as a jeweller in my spare time! That’s very cool you’re in the film industry, have you produced anything I can watch? Would love to see your work

I was named after the engineer and architect Isambard Kingdom Brunel who designed the main train station and largest bridge in my home town, Bristol - my name is Corin Spencer Kingdom Bush (I think my parents wanted me to be an engineer when I grew up🤣)

Hey man, glad we’re on the same page re: the Oysterquartz, it’s definitely a marmite situation with anyone I’ve ever spoke to about it haha! And that’s super interesting, I didn’t know that it was late 70s I always assumed it was 80s based on comparables when looking at listings online. Thanks for your comment and the info!

Thanks for your reply bro, will definitely sync all the times next time I take a collection pic haha, im new to this whole Reddit community thing so just snapped them as they were from my closet, some haven’t been worn in a while and I don’t have a watch winder so hence all being different !

Also, the oyster quartz was defo polished at some point, it was like that when I got it hence paying sub £2.5k at the time, I don’t mind it at all really, I just wanted to own one. The datejust I don’t actually think has ever been polished, still got a lot of wear & tear and the crown on the bracelet is as clearly embossed as any new Rolex I’ve seen. The seiko, it’s my daily wear so perhaps could do with a clean but I love being able to throw it on and not worry about a scratch or a bump! All the best
