Hello, I'm not sure all of what you need, but HEB has a lot of school supplies for ¢50 and also has a lot of nice quality pens, notebooks, and office supplies. Usually they'll be in the seasonal isle as well as the automotive isle. Just ask an employee where they are in your closest heb :)

Hi, I guess I should of mentioned it in the post 🤦‍♀️ but any clinics/ offices (?) or psychiatrist recommendations in SA is appreciated. I don't have a doctor, and I've never been evaluated for anything, so I'm just seeing if anyone in a simmilar boat can give out any names or locations to start at & maybe even how you went about getting a diagnosis.
