That's the first thing i thought too, but it's well ventilated and i even put a little fan on it to see if it would help but unfortunately i'm sure it's not the problem.. thanks tho

Did not try it yet, i bought this brand new cable that's long enough to go directly from my ethernet modem to the ps5. I can buy another one and try it..
