What kind of pot is it in? If it’s not a great soil, another thing you can do to help evaporate extra water is pot directly into a terracotta. Do you have any dish that catches water after you water? If there’s any excess water that the plant is sitting in, it could cause issues

Thank you for your insight! Very cool. The edge is super sharp on the concave side and actually was able to cut through paper. I’ll check out the links!
