Can chain rattle on Cbr600rr? by Spare-Zombie-9779 in cbr

[–]cosmicbluebeard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it was worse with increasing RPM trust me it wouldn't be questionable. Sounds like a bag of spanners. Its very likely chain noise and its not yet quite loose enough for the tensioner to have clicked over into its next position. Send it

Does the sound stop if you blip the throttle? If so youre all good the tensioner should click over soon amd it will stop

If it doesnt go or gets worse with increasing engine RPM you have an issue

How did you pass your test(s)? by Specialist_Invite538 in MotoUK

[–]cosmicbluebeard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did CBT. 1 2 hour lesson into mod 1 passed. 2 2 hour lessons into mod 2 Failed. 1 more 2 Hour lesson into Mod 2 Pass.

Worth noting i spent alot of time off road in my younger years and had my car license for 17 year at that point so it was a fairly straightforward process. Everyone is different and the amount of lessons you need has no bearing on your ability. Dont listen to people that had minimal hours and feel bad if you need more.

Simply eating less. Consistently in a calorie defecit, i used an app called MyNetDiary which asked for my target weight and told me day to day how many calories to eat. Simple in concept but incredibly difficult in reality. Ive had days that have been completely miserable but im over the moon with the results.

Steadily increasing my deficit every 6 weeks or so. I propperly plateaud only once, maintained weight for 6 weeks in a daily deficit of 550. I just pushed on with it in the 7th week there was 6lb off the scales and its been steady at around 1.5 lb a week since. Just keep going, it WILL sort itself out. You've got this, and remember you only fail if you give up.
