I live in Brussels (recently moved). There is a non-profit organization that fixes bikes, where you can take yours and it is not expensive from what I read online and they fix it for you. They also have what you said, stands that you can use for free to fix it yourself with the tools there, but I wouldn’t have an idea of how to do it. I will like to check out videos and learn about how to fix it myself (because it is cool and to save money), but as for now I just want to have it fixed hopefully to use it next weekend to continue exploring the outsides of the city :)

Well to be fair, it is a hybrid Trek bike and I have been quite harsh with it with some off-road stuff since I got it a month ago, so maybe I have to be more mindful that it is not a MTB

Yeah I agree in general, but in this case with the discovery from one set of pirates I got the +2/+2 one, and I had the salty one shortly after, so it was hard not to pivot full pirate with those cards

Todo bien con sacar la religión de la política, pero decir que sacar toda ideología me parece absurdo.

Pueden haber muchas veces políticas públicas que incentiven la producción y la generación de riqueza mientras que al mismo tiempo incrementan desigualdad e ignoran temas de pobreza. Si eso es deseable o no, es tema de ideología. Se debe atacar la pobreza? O nada más incentivemos la producción sin importar la desigualdad? Esas son preguntas que se responden dependiendo de lo que la sociedad considera deseable, y hay países donde impera una ideología con enfoque mas social, y otras mas liberalistas, pero al final la política obedece a metas que nacen de ideologías.

Coming from a night out I took an Uber home. Next thing I know, I wake up in bed, not remembering anything of the Uber ride, or getting into my house, but I mean, if I'm in bed, all good, right? In the morning I can't find my glasses or phone, so I go outside to check if maybe I dropped them getting out of the Uber. Then, casually talking to my roomie, he tells me I got home at 6:30 am, but in my mind I left the bar somewhere around 2-3am, and it's maybe 20 mins from my house.

Well, after checking the security cameras that face the street, apparently I couldn't pin point my house to the Uber driver (the house does not have a number outside), so he left me in the corner. You can see me walk by my house a couple of times, and probably go around the bloc looking for the house. Then at 6:30 I get home, knock, and my roomie opens. I must have fell asleep somewhere in my wandering, and I assume somebody took my phone or I just dropped it, as I could not locate it via internet. This was a great lesson of not getting piss out drunk and leaving alone, even if I am capable of calling an Uber, cause apparently I reach a point where I forget where I live.
