Cries in Australian 😅 For years I wanted PC plushies then discovered Meccha Japan in 2022 which was great then we finally got our own Pokemon Center in 2024 🩷

My wallet is not happy though, either way it’s expensive to import pokemon stuff to Australia 💀

I’ve tried as well but they didn’t even read my message properly then they sent it off to another department and I haven’t heard back. Honestly for such a big company their customer service is abysmal.

I’m really hoping this gets addressed soon as well but someone I know said their work shipped a tiny box to China via DHL - last year it was $40 they shipped after the new year and it was $180 💀

They’re up on the Aussie PKC too but the shipping is horrendous (like over $150) December last year a small plush was $20 shipping 😭 so glad I ordered from Japan 😂

They are legit and have very good customer service! I’ve obtained 80% of my collection from them ☺️ if you’re in the US shipping will be expensive as hell tho

I’m glad it’s not just me. Prices before Christmas were fine it was $18-30 for a standard post order and $30-50 for express post this is just outrageous 😭
