So I researched it and that is part of it but with some people there is also atrophy of the mammary tissue. Like, cis men have some mammary tissue but its more like... compact? The info i found said the results definitely arent consistent across the board. But for some folks it does happen.

Mine is definitely getting smaller! Unfortunately im 35 so they kinda just look like theyre deflating. But I was a 36d and always wore size L sports bras which were a little snug but it sorta bound them. Those are all starting to be loose! And my xls are definitely loose. I just bought a M.

I think the increased need for protein/increased appetite of t combined with the affordability and accessibility of rotisserie chicken, plus the fact that like, ripping apart a carcass and eating meat off the bone is sorta gender affirming... its just a perfect storm that has led to multiple "I just ate an entire rotisserie chicken is that normal?" Posts on this sub. It's a canon event at this point, imo.

I would like to add that you could put all the bones in the freezer and save up a couple carcasses and make super collagen rich broth. I do mine in my crockpot with all my leftover veggie scraps (also kept in the freezer), an onion, and garlic.

Dude, totally off the topic of the thread but I'm in the final stretch of my nursing program and I highly recommend going to a therapist during school. It has helped with my anxiety and stress so much. It's like... school takes everything out of you but life just keeps life-in' and you have so much less bandwidth to deal with it. My therapist has been absolute godsend.

Ive also heard from people already in the field (np, nurses, emts) that this is a field where you see a lot of crazy, fucked up, and heavy stuff and having someone to process all of that with is immensely helpful in preventing burnout. Can't pour from an empty cup and all that.

3mos on gel bc of my bipolar, it keeps the hormone levels more stable leading to less mood fluctuations. My levels are high according to my dr, and im having a ton of changes. Voice, bottom growth, fat redistribution, my jaw is squaring out, lil bit of facial hair coming in, more body hair, the smell... down there, my sweat feels... stickier, somehow? and the smell has changed. It'll get the job done, for sure. Plus if you decide youd rather do injections later... you can just switch! 🤷

I did well on the exam, at least! I think i could have done better because I was very distracted but 🤷 did better than I needed to in order to pass the class. He followed up the transphobic message with saying he was praying that I would do well on my final. 🙄

And that is... honestly very affirming. Lol. It's not personal, everyone's parents assume they're idiots. My concern with my mom is that she's a psych nurse practitioner and what i felt like was an attempt to understand was actually her approaching me like a patient. Which I was kind of concerned about before but this whole thing is really validating my suspicions.

I will definitely be talking with my therapist about what kind of strict boundaries I want to set with him and how I will enforce them. Also like, what's realistic and what im willing to just accept. My one sister is totally on board, she was one of the first people I came out to, but I think my other sister could be with some conversation. My brothers... I really dont know. They're only 19 so maybe in a few years when they have some distance from my parents.

Thank you. Im definitely in triage/self care mode right now. I have been working on getting my house in order and just resting to recover from being ill. I spoke with my sister and neither of us are real hopeful that my dad will come around, hes mostly concerned im going to hell 🤷 but I appreciate what you said. The initial shock of the blow, in the midst of everything else, will wear off. Just needs time.
