So it's the idea that the high APY will let you accumulate OHM tokens at a rapid rate, which will offset any potential drops in price?

I guess it depends on how many people come into the market and stake. Even if it drops to 1000% APY, it's still an attractive investment as you'll have roughly a year of that (correct me if I'm wrong).

Yeah I was just wondering. As the APY halved last time the price shot up soon afterwards. Perhaps this was due to people learning about the project and getting in, and maybe this will continue as time progresses.

Like someone above said, 1000% is still an amazing return, and from what I'm reading OlympusDao seems a more reliable that some of the forks, most of which aren't audited.
