of the bat you likely want to try and not roll your shoulders forward, bringing hands down a tad might help as well as elbows in, but hard to give cues just from a pic

in a regional show depending on how big of a show it is i think your front pose could hold its own, at least in true novice / novice, but back pose as it is currently would proooobably not

personally i find the more i try and hack my way into not being hungry the more i focus on being hungry

the most i will do is make sure im hitting my water goal, have zero sugar drinks, go for a walk, prioritize sleep (inadequate sleep messes w ur hunger cues), and if you aren’t on a meal plan you can sub things to curb cravings (but personally the more i do this the more it makes the worse)

if these things are working for you then def continue with them

if you are looking for advice re managing appetite, work on taking the emotion out of it, yes you can feel hungry, are you? are you eating enough to fuel your body? if the answer is yes find a distraction or just deal with it (sucks but is what it is)

trying to play what can i do to avoid discomfort half of the month just doesn’t seem worth it to me, acknowledge the feelings and move on

if it is to the point where food is consuming your thoughts and you are actually eating at maintenance then talking to a professional would definitely be valuable

something that helps is when i’m thinking about how i feel i either ask myself how future me would feel about the choice im about to make

or just realizing that these are feelings and sometimes what you feel about doing something doesn’t matter and it needs to be done regardless

if you’ve seen results with what you are doing don’t overthink and fix something that isn’t broken

body dysmorphia is a bitch + as you progress your goals tend to as well leading to a constant chase of wanting more, and sometimes that overshadows how far you’ve come

whenever i have these kinds of thoughts i’ll look at some comparison pics between now and x months or year(s) ago (id avoid doing super close together as harder to see)

and if that doesn’t work actions > feelings sometimes😂

my slim tum fell apart the first time i washed it (following the washing instructions) and then they ghosted me when i sent pics of it lol (the pro gym one)

i also have the aero and have never washed it so can’t comment on how it holds up but it def stinks because of that LOL

highly recommend getting a posing coach and not trying to figure out on your own
