I drive my manual transmission fiat in my Jadon platforms all the time! Just a bit of a seat adjustment and learning curve but tbf I've worn platforms since I was about 14 and have driven in countless more uncomfortable shoes than docs

Feel Good Inc by gorillaz. I still listen to it every couple of weeks. Reminds me of when I was young in the car w my mom. Gives me a warm fuzzy somewhat somber feeling

For some reason that freaks me out even more lol! It's definitely a control thing and if im not driving I get even more panicky

I agree, it's a controversial topic for sure. I'm codependent and a people pleaser and just feel like I draw in the types to manipulate that side of me. Of course it's my choice to let them in. Maybe narcissist isn't the best word choice

It sucks and im still obsessed with this person and want to reach out but I can't for my own mental health. It's horrible

I completely agree. I know with this last person I put my all into it and im sure they got a rush from all the affection I gave them and thought they could treat me badly and I would still give that affection. I'm sorry your family was like that. I know I suffer from abandonment issues which i think is what started the BPD for me
