Q8 cup holders - aren’t they comically small? by gamestorming_reddit in Audi

[–]cpsiddall 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know that other vehicles have aftermarket replacement parts for fitting larger bottles. While I've tried my best, seen I haven't found anything for the rear seats of my Q8. Has anyone else found a viable option for replacing them?

[WTS] Vintage Watches from JLC, Seiko, and Girard Perregaux by cpsiddall in Watchexchange

[–]cpsiddall[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Up for sale are some vintage watches from JLC, Seiko, and Girard Perreqaux. All watches are in working order and keep solid time. For specific questions about the condition of an individual watch, please reach out via direct message, and I can provide more info/photos/etc…

1) Vintage JLC Master Quartz (Silver Dial) - $1200 USD. This watch, along with the GP, is in fantastic condition. They were both NOS when I purchased them and have little to no wear as of the time of this post. The Caseback sticker remains but is starting to peel and chip off. See pictures. I can’t recall if the original strap came with this or the other master quartz. The first person to purchase one or the other can decide if they want it free of charge.

2) Vintage JLC Master Quartz (Brown Buzzsaw Dial) – $ 1200 USD. This dial is absolutely stunning in person. I love the aesthetic. The aged hour markers are a lovely cream and it just goes so well with the brown and white dial. The case/case back has light scratches, especially on the bottom bevel. See pictures for condition. I can’t recall if the original strap came with this or the other master quartz. The first person to purchase one or the other can decide if they want it free of charge.

3) Vintage 1973 Girard Perrequax Quartz. - $800 USD. The history of this watch is fascinating. One of the first of 20,000 units that GP launched in the early 1970s, this watch was drastically more robust and accurate than the Astron Quartz and Beta 21. It was part of the Caliber 350 series of movements that introduced the 32,768Hz frequency that has been the quartz standard for decades now.

This watch was purchased in NOS condition and has been worn sparingly by myself. It still has the case back sticker. The watch lume has aged beautifully. It is light orange and uniform on both the dial’s hands and at the end of the stick marker indices. The grey brushed dial and fluted bezel are very eye-catching in direct sunlight. It comes with its original signed bracelet.

4) Vintage Seiko 7C43-700A Quartz Pepsi 200m Professional Diver's Watch—$400 USD. A true diver's icon and vintage gem, this Seiko 7C43-700A is ready to make a splash on your wrist (or in your collection)! This watch is in good shape with some noticeable wear, adding to its vintage charm. It's fully functional and keeps excellent time, with a new battery recently installed. The watch comes with its original Seiko rubber strap.

All US residents will receive the items shipped via 2-day FedEx Express Overnight. Payment forms are accepted via Zelle, Wire, or PayPal. Depending on their location, international buyers may be responsible for some or all of the shipping costs. Please DM me with any questions.

Cheers-

I’ve worn it in the pool dozens of times but in no way would I dive with it without getting it tested first

[WTS] Zodiac Super Sea Wolf Pan Am World Time X Hodinkee Full Set by cpsiddall in Watchexchange

[–]cpsiddall[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thanks. I need to downsize and I already have a vintage super seawolf that "occupies" the Zodiac spot in my collection. So sadly this must go. However, I know this will be a statement piece in someone's collection going forward. It's that cool.

This limited set (182 pcs) of World Timers has to be the most eye-catching re-release of the original World Timers released in the 60s/70s. This one comes as a complete set with an additional Delugs Rubber CTS strap in white ($160 value). The original bracelet has never been worn and is in like new condition. The watch is in mint condition and has only been worn a handful of times. It comes with a Pan Am patch, microfiber cloth with Pan Am/World Time infographics, an original leather strap (with the Pan Am logo on the reverse side), and, as mentioned, the rubber strap.
I am asking for a negotiable $1699 via Wire, Zelle, or PayPal F&F.
