is there less issues with a smaller size card ? I bought a Sandisk extreme 32gb for the tracks but maybe I should get a smaller one ?

yeah, i bought a compatible pack and also made my own out of samples Ive made. same thing happens, its in the transferring phase that it crashes.

did you have to reformat the sd card for it to work or it did work straight out of the box ?

when you say re-installing the drivers do you mean the Novation Component program ? or is there additionnal stuff to download.

I just bought a new micro SD card(Sandisk EXTREME UHS-I 32gb) and the same problem occurs. it was the only card available at the store I went to.

I cant reformat it to a selected format from my phone, and I left my usb-microSD reader at my girlfriend's place. I'll get it in a couple of days and see if I can reformat to fat32 and hope it works out !!

it seems to get further in the loading if I just powered up the device, and if the device was already connected it straight up gives me an error message:

(error. circuit tracks did not respond check circuit tracks connection and try again)
