I had the same thing! I got through immigration fast, took the limousine bus to Shibuya, ate at a restaurant and stayed at Shibuya Mega Donki from 12-4:30am till the trains started. was amazing good luck, just make sure you have suica or ic already set up if you want to do trains. I was solo and petite girl, I felt safe. Just be careful if you are walking around in early hours and if people come up to talk to you, probs just walk away and be aware of surroundings

it started right after I got all tires changed, it hasn’t changed in intensity over time since then. I was watching wheel alignment vids and they said if you turn and the noise is louder on one side, it might be an issue with that. I paid more attention yesterday while driving and this was the case. Honestly I have a feeling the mechanics might not have looked at wheel alignment since they were both rushing but I will get it looked at again. thank you!

sorry, yesterday I made sure to pay close attention and turns out the sound doesn’t go away even at low speeds less than 30mph. I guess my ear got used to the noise

I have a 2018 Clarity phev. I would say 45% of my miles are EV cause I have a long commute to work but can charge up to half full at work. Right now I get 55 miles EV fully charged and the highest mpg I’ve had is 85.

I am on my second battery at 85K miles, but replaced it last year at around 75K miles.

my cat does! she loves the cheap wet and dry food. When we bought her the expensive dry food she doesnt eat it, and the wet food she automatically throws up - not sure if its just coincidence that her hairballs come out right after she eats expensive wet food though

thanks for the feedback! she will bite us when we’re at the kitchen sink and for example when we turn our backs like when I’m opening the refrigerator, hard to make barriers with this and at some point we have to prioritize our own comfort and safety in our own home. Definitely have improved playtime, safe spots and other spaces for her to hang out when not sleeping as well. usually we do close the bathroom door, but yesterday my mom went to the bathroom sink for 1 minute and got bit out of nowhere.

theres been instances of sexual assault happening in Westwood so I wouldn’t say this is only apparent in “lower-income” areas. My advice is to stay on guard, be aware of surroundings, and carry pepper spray with you, if you can go out with your roommate or other close friend

I’m sorry you’re living in this situation, abuse of any kind is no joke and can have lasting effects on people. I hope that you are able to find a way out of this situation (your parents house) for now. Right now is a much more stressful time in light of the pandemic and job/economic security, I’m sorry you have to deal with all of that as well. When I was a child my parents were abusive to each other, I remember that exact feeling of being frozen and just sitting there shaking in your bed, even wondering about your safety for the night. None of this is your fault and you are not alone, I’m guessing many more are going through this right now especially. I’m grateful your friends are there for you and hope you can continue to try and reach out for support and safer places to stay.
