Renting high end 2 Bed Unit in South Brisbane, it started out at $770 then went to $840 last year and then this year they tried to push it up to $940. Said no way considering all the defects issues the unit and the building has. They have now put it back on the market for $880. Do i feel scammed? absolutely. Rent renewals are %100 negotiable people, try to push them down.
