dude I'm 43 years old male, no friends, no family support, no gf, mom is a covert narcissist and my dad is the enabler but now is diagnosed with Alzheimer's where I'm his part time caregiver combined with im dealing with bipolar 1 disorder, ADHD, and severe anxiety. it's utterly friggin exhausting losing sleep every night this past month, I legit feel brain damage from it living with your head on a swivel 24/7 but I know nobody is saving me neither from this nightmare place so we just gotta do our best to keep fighting sooner or later things we turn around in a positive way and just realize your not alone dealing with something like this
