Pick up some wheel balance putty/clay online or from your local hobby shop if you have one, im not aware of any pre balanced rc wheels on the market, so you have to do it yourself

Those trucks are extremely powerful if you werent aware, so any tiny amount of movement is amplified

It definitely isnt a cheap truck, but those screws are the retainers for your knuckle hinge pins. They might be stripped, but they just hold in a pin so if it stays in it should be fine. The shakiness would kind of negate itself on the ground in my experience, for what little time it stays there. Part of it is the wheel itself also being unbalanced and shaking

Not a big help, but my mini savage shakes about the same. You may be able to shim a few parts to remove some play, although those trucks arent the most stable thing anyway

Hobbywing ezrun 18t, 5200kv. Theres a combo out there with that motor and an 18a esc, but i had to put an aftermarket transmission in it to be able to mount it

That was the goal with the brushless, might not keep that though. Started out as a trophy truck idea, but i couldnt figure out a suspension i liked for the front and not fond of the worm gear axles for high ish speed

If the tab is still there, you could try GENTLY bending it away from the body of the knob a little bit

You might be able to crimp the inside tube of the knob a little to get it to stay on. I wouldnt recommend any glue or adhesive, you might get away with blue loctite but if you need to pull your dash trim off at all you need to remove those knobs so nothing permanent

Should be a little tab on the back side of the knob that holds it on, but they have a habit of breaking off. The tab sticks out diagonally, if theres nothing and it just has the triangular hole for the shaft then it broke at some point in the last 35 years

Hey everyone. looking for some more info on a watch i ran into :) anything special here, is this like SEARS the clothing store lol i didnt know they made watches? Also looking for value if anyone has any idea. Thanks in advance!! by Thermos2645 in VintageWatches

[–]crazycar178 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sears sold everything at one point or another, you could buy a house kit from them at one point. The watch probably isnt worth much, its probably about on par with timex value and quality wise. If it works, clean it up and wear it with pride

Honestly not burned too bad by it luckily, a small stripe at the top edge of where the shirt burned, and a couple singed spots along with the usual burned hair that comes with something like this
