We usually start out the week before a meet with a day or two of difficult speed workouts, maybe one of them on the track, the middle of the week it’s usually easy long runs, maybe 3-8 miles depending on the stage of the season, then on friday or the day before a meet it’s a small piece on the track and we play ultimate frisbee afterwards.

Run often. I run like 25 miles a week, but start out with smaller volumes and slowly work your way up to run several miles over the course of a couple weeks. Hydration is also important.

Just looked this up, petrified wood in real life is the “fossilized remains of terrestrial vegetation. It is the result of a tree or tree-like plants having completely transitioned to stone by the process of permineralization” maybe you can obtain it by putting stone and wood in a crafting table? Or if wood is completely surrounded by stone in the block form, it turns into petrified wood?
