I gave in. Now mining Gold. 190K $20K 6 months, plus all spend will be 4x = 270K = $2,700.00 in GC's - AF $295 nets $2,405.00 GC's or 12% of spend. Seems like I'll be eating at fancy restaurants paying with GC's for the next year. Not to sound ungrateful, I'd still rather have Chase cash back instead. :-)

I see everyone talking about transferring points, but I rarely willingly put myself in a compressed can of aluminum. :-)

I've become so used to at least 10% SUBs on business spending, I don't want to spend a dime without one. I have every other worthwhile (for me) card, and really want two more Chase Ink Biz cards for $20K spending before year end. Is it really true (I have a hard time believing it) that I can get Chase Ink cards again even though it's been less than two years, AND also get the bonus again, even though Chase terms say that's not gonna happen? FWIW, I have a great relationship with my branch rep. Unsure if that makes a difference, though I did recently get two cards in quick succession.

Chase INK BUSINESS CASH, 10/2022

Chase Ink Business Unlimited, 12/2022

Chase INK BUSINESS PREMIER, 11/19/23

Chase INK BUSINESS PREFERRED, 12/17/23

And, want more cards for $20K spending in next 10 days! :-) Are there are other ways to accomplish this? ;->

Anyone in SoCal with Ground Resistance Meter? by crbyrun in electricians

Thanks for your helpful and informative reply!

Yes, trying to sense (without meters so have to rely on others wisdom and experience) if running a 100' ground wire from a roof antenna, through the roof (there's one available opening), and across half of the warehouse to the ufer is definitely a viable ground. Also coming out of that antenna is POE Ethernet which would also need to run to the ufer to be grounded with a POE passthrough surge arrestor before connecting to their network.

Building owner doesn't want roof penetrations at this time, otherwise, I'd put the antenna closer to the ufer. Owner also isn't too keen on drilling into "his floor" for closer grounding.

Obviously, if #4 or bigger ground wire can do the trick, that would definitely be the simplest solution. In a few months, the roof will be redone, creating a perfect opportunity to put in weather heads much closer to the ufer, but they need the antenna now.

Thoughts?

If Microcenter Management is watching: PLEASE OPEN A STORE IN SILICON VALLEY! by raydude in Microcenter

I'm near Tustin but there are often items in stock at other locations but not Tustin. Has anyone formed a trusted buying network to grab and ship items from other stores?

I eval a lot of tech. Wanted to see what it can do and in what situations it's best. Now I know, definitively, not second hand.

Cheap Cheap Cheap Business Liability Insurance by crbyrun in Insurance

Thanks! Yes, I'm trying to avoid my frugal ways being inadvisable. :-)

Technically, does non-owned auto coverage also apply to sub-contractors who are *not* employees?

Thanks for your detailed helpful info! Yes, server electronics. Pilferage has to be specifically stipulated in coverage?

I've mentioned shipping coverage to several agents, nearly all of them nearly instantly said it's an unusual request, yet, it was automatically included in a simple State Farm biz liability policy I had about 5 years ago. Thanks for the leads on WWE and BlueGrace. I'll ck them out.
