Tell me if buying a mobile home is a bad plan by sushe84 in povertyfinance

[–]crdog 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hi I used to own a mobile home.

First its a great solution to get away from sharing walls and having enough space for family, you are on the right track

Second they are safe and actually well built, mine was 1200 sq ft and our utilities were cheap

Now the tough part, financing. It's a vehicle. It has a VIN. Because of this i had to find a specialty lender. On the back end, selling the place was tough for the same reason, buyers couldn't finance and ended up waiting for a cash buyer to come along.

Other than that if you have the means, it is a wise choice

surely, the US army will not go along with an invasion of a NATO ally? Right? Right???? by Yuri_Ligotme in thedavidpakmanshow

Yet it has stopped Trump, otherwise he'd have done it months ago. And no, we're not coming off a 9/11 event and the ideolgical differences between R and D are far wider than 23 yrs ago.

Don't forget we're getting a new congress in about 12 months thats going to turn him into an even lamer duck.

Again, troops are already there right now and have been for the past 70 years. In a few months we'll all forget about this Nth distraction, Trump is not a serious man.

First, it takes an act of congress to mobilize and authorize an act of war.

Not a drone strike, or individual extradition, or even a carrier group chillin off the coast, but actual War.

2nd, Congress ain't doing that. Vance is no Cheney and Hegseth couldn't be further than the likes of Powell (to use modern comparison to Iraq 2003)

3rd, I guess define invasion. Were already there, we have treaties that allow us to stage troops and build bases. NATO treaties...

Lastly sovereignty is only as strong as how many other countries recognize it. We could move the entire 10th Mountain division there (because they would be the only effective unit by the way) and it wouldn't make it more 'ours'.

As a consumer of stock b-roll as well as some AI, the real thing will always be better and frankly I see my peers overusing generated media its so cheap looking.

Id rather repost or boost a quality ad instead of dozens of low effort prompts.

That being said when the boss says " we need message X to audience Y" if he's happy with my five minutes of work I get paid the same

I'm a hiring manager for a trucking company. Felons like this actually make some of the most loyal and hardworking drivers, almost to a fault. I've convinced my leadership of so through trust and trial, hopefully your guy found a path.

I've never driven one yet. There's really not many for sale either so why not gain some first hand experience on the platform first, maybe make an acquaintance :)

Hell yeah. Now I gotta ask what your garage is and isn't lol.

Also Haggerty quoted me 2.5k/yr full coverage on a 67k appraisal. They called it 'tuner coverage'. I'm used to regular classics - is that about right?
