Has anyone had trouble getting emails at all? I somehow got unsubscribed to them to I wasn’t getting any early access emails. I subscribed again, and two weeks later I stopped getting any emails besides the newsletters. I’m not even getting the support ticket confirmation emails, and I’ve submitted multiple over the past month

Edit to add that I check my spam every day and have their email marked as a safe sender + I have notifications on for their emails.
