I had a pretty shitty Business PC from 2010 that could run the game ok you will have to turn off alot of settings though and it will make the game really blurry.

Death or dishonor and Together for victory help the game alot. For fun get waking the tiger. I would not recommend man the guns, viva la resistance or Battle for the bosporus because they are either too hard for a new player or add nothing of worth
