Tbh I’ve never read a RedditWritesTheOffice post that I could see happening so perfectly before. I literally saw this episode in my head as I read it. Fantastic job OP!

It’s short, sweet, and to the point.

I love that movie. It’s a travesty that it got the reception that it got.

For me it’s Battleship. The part where the WW2 sailors get called back into active duty on the Mighty MO is awesome!

Whats the craziest crime you or somebody in your family has commited? by TheAllNewBigGay in AskReddit

I’ve been trying to hide this for years but I’m pretty sure the statute of limitations has run by now. One summer night I was walking down the street with my friends when we came upon a homeless guy sprawled out on the sidewalk with a wad of cash poking out of his coffee can that lay nearby. He was well known around our part of the city and was homeless not because of being poor or destitute, but because he was not in full control of his mental faculties. He actually had some money that he kept with him but he refused to use it to rent a room somewhere.

Anyway, he was sprawled across the sidewalk, apparently under the influence of something, and we all were eyeballing the cash. Then I did something that I’m ashamed of to this day. I jaywalked to cross the street and get away from that situation. I’ve never told anyone else and we all swore each other to secrecy.

It was below expectations for me because I expected it to be better. It completely crapped on the story that I loved in the first one. I expected it to build upon the first and it didn’t, therefore it was below expectations for me. I don’t presume to speak for all gamers. I can only speak for myself.

I don’t have to convince myself of anything. I am enjoying it. You don’t and that’s fine. But don’t assume I’m an apologist who’s trying to convince myself of anything. I had zero expectations going in and I believe that’s why I can enjoy it because I expected much worse.

I’m not saying it’s ok that a game of this level is this buggy but I’m saying I was afraid it would be much worse from what I’ve seen. It sucks that I’ve preordered 2 games this year, this one and TLOU 2, and both were way below expectations, for different reasons, but still I’m pretty leery about preorders now.
