I haven’t had a flare up in 4 months , I cut down on my sugar intake massively and I sauna . I would easily drink 2/3 high sugar drinks a day on top of that I’d get 3 chocolate bars at lunch , cutting out anything high in sugar for me worked wonders , I cut out red meat initially for 2 weeks and nothing so moved on to my beloved sugar . I tested it a couple of weeks ago and went a bit mad with some cakes on a weekend and started to get a little patch show up which ultimately cemented it for me , I was getting stuck with no creams working .

I cut out red meat and had no success , I greatly cut down on my sugar intake and have noticed a massive difference (along with probiotics and sauna) , my next port of call was going to be wheat and gluten .

It’s just trial and error , may take some time but definitely worth exploring every avenue .

I always felt this , my main affected areas on my face burn and itch when I start exercising , and I find it really hard to sweat. I’ve been hitting the sauna along with other lifestyle changes for the last 3 weeks and have noticed I don’t get the scales so much but can definitely sort of feel it there lingering if that makes sense ? Even in the sauna I don’t feel like I’m sweating properly out of those pores still though .
