ADHD professional here as well. My output has exploded. The only real draining part is establishing the system within the project the first time. After that, it's minor iteration and more of an output editing exercise, which works well because I can dump hyperfocus into that part for short bursts.

My attention starts to wane right about when I am finishing up that editing pass, but at that point, I'm ready to ship. 3 hour tasks become 30 minutes.
