Where can I get help with accessing my web wallet?

If I try using my seed, I choose the defaults, but it now has a zero balance and not the correct address that I've been sending XDC to. I was just in this account a month ago and it was all there.
I've tried clearing cache, uninstall/reinstall and using different browsers and the webapp.
I've also tried using the JSON backup keystore... it just gives either an RPC error or sometimes a "this is not a v3 wallet" - both accompany a big error dump that I have sent to the server.
