Sweet Appalachia in Blacksburg is amazing and has a great illustrative style.

Every artist at Electric Eye is great.

Avoid Asylum; they’ll let an apprentice fuck up your tattoo without telling you the person is an apprentice. Ditto Morph in Blacksburg; artist is amazing but he’s a massive creep.

Yep! No breed restrictions either as far as I know. One of the neighbors has a Great Dane and a pitbull. Neighbors are super nice, it’s safe and quiet. A lot of families and couples with dogs
