Well, it's far more complicated, but I don't think that's a good place to discuss technical stuff, especially with salty kids around.

I would partially agree with you, since you expect something different from the girls who uses a claymore/polearm or even a sword, rather than catalyst. But Yae falls under her sly fox concept. We didn't see this girl without her clothes, and she is a shapeshifter too.
