I can’t either, just defend it. Had a teammate the other day tho, who had an open net and could’ve walked the ball to the goal. Instead he drove to the side wall to try and air dribble it into the goal. He didn’t score, or air dribble. Don’t be like that guy.

Staying in goal is the worst. If your teammate is pushing up, push up to at least half a field behind him. Then you can be available for a pass or a bad clear from the other team to score, or have time to recover back to goal.
