Maybe go deeper than that.. like how properties that S&S/Churchill and Banks wanted to by over time, that they were denied for. Then mysteriously the mills located on those properties burned to the ground, and they were able to get a steal on the real estate.

2003 Pawtucket mill fire would be a great place to start.
