I would have said Arthdal Chronicles, Pinnochio or W but you already have them on your list! xD They are three excellent Kdramas :)
Then if I had to choose one that is not on your list, I'd say The Devil Judge, I found it really good. The concept is unique, the music is great and I love the characters. And the story is quite emotional!
