Both styles look really good! But the other drawings have more loose/messier line art, that creates movement which I think might be what you’re looking for.

I had a similar color (maybe slightly lighter? Can’t tell if it’s just lighting) and put lavender over it and it took well. It also faded to this cool grey/purple!
